As Head of Offerings Management, John is responsible for expanding Indigo’s suite of comprehensive offerings with the creation of integrated systems that leverage technology and data science. 

John joins Indigo after a decade of executive experience building e-commerce products. Most recently, John served as Chief Technology Officer at Wayfair where he helped to redefine online home shopping by leveraging data science, computer vision, unique merchandising and supply chain systems, and personalized recommendations at scale.  John’s earlier work as General Manager and head of the company’s international operations—as well as experience expanding Wayfair’s lifestyle brand portfolio as the founder of Joss & Main—helped propel the company's rapid growth from startup to Fortune 500 leader.

Before his experience as a technology and business leader in consumer goods, John worked as a management consultant for more than a decade.  As Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, he helped found the multi-channel retail group and the Global Center for Consumer Insight. John also held leadership roles at internet start-ups where he held roles as first employee and software developer.

John currently serves as a Board Member of both Bombas and New England Newspapers, Inc. He holds an MBA from the London Business School and a B.A. in mathematics from Reed College.

Originally from New York City, John and his family currently live outside Boston. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking, sailing, skiing, and biking.
