With decades of experience in procurement and supplier relations, Frank leads Indigo's efforts to create an agriculture value chain that drives grower profitability and satisfies consumer demand.

Prior to joining Indigo, Frank spent eight years as Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President of the Global Supply Network Division at Caterpillar. He was responsible for leading the enterprise’s integrated procurement and logistics, ensuring an efficient and responsive global supply network for products, parts, and services.

Earlier in his career, Frank served as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at Honeywell. Under his vision and guidance, the company developed its supplier base, deepened supplier alliance relationships, and built out a world-class team, meeting significant growth milestones along the way—including $1.4 billion in P&L improvements achieved in less than three years. Before stepping into this role at Honeywell, Frank honed his expertise in supply chain strategy in a variety of other leadership positions. He acted as Director of Global Category Management of Electronic Data Systems, Vice President of Procurement and Semiconductor Materials at Praxair, Director of Wafer Fab Procurement at Texas Instruments, and Global Category Manager of Semiconductors at Hewlett-Packard.

Frank holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from the United States Naval Academy. He was awarded the rank of Captain after more than 24 years of service.

“The agriculture supply chain must be reimagined to meet the needs and preferences of growers and consumers. Indigo is leading this change, and I’m eager to apply myself to helping the company realize its vision.”
