Accounting and Treasury Analyst

We are seeking an Accounting and Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a broad accounting generalist position, supporting core accounting operations across the organization and assisting with treasury and cash management. This position is ideal for a hands‑on finance professional who is comfortable operating across treasury and accounting in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

This is a remote position with a preferred location in Central or Eastern time zones.

What You'll Do

  • Provide broad‑based accounting support across the organization, including general ledger activities, accounts receivable, accounts payable, revenue recognition, intercompany transactions, and internal controls, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs

  • Prepare and review reconciliations for key general ledger accounts, including cash and bank related accounts

  • Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations

  • Assist with balance sheet and income statement variance analysis

  • Support continuous improvement of accounting processes, documentation, and controls

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies

  • Assist with managing daily and weekly cash positioning, monitoring balances across bank accounts, and supporting cash flow forecasting

  • Assist with payment processing and cash disbursements

  • Support treasury-related reporting and audit requests

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • CPA preferred

  • Experience supporting cash management, treasury operations, or banking activities preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting and/or financial experience (public accounting experience strongly preferred)

  • Expertise in U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced skills required)

  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks

  • Experience with Oracle (or similar ERP systems) is a plus

  • Familiarity with account reconciliation software preferred

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities

How We'll Take Care of You

  • Base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 annually

  • Equity options & annual cash incentives

Pay Transparency Statement

Indigo is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all employees. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Benefits Statement

All regular, full-time, permanent employees who work 30 hours or more each week are eligible to enroll in Indigo’s benefits. Additionally, all full-time employees and some parttime employees are eligible for paid time off as outlined above. Based on their role, employees may also be eligible to receive long-term equity incentives and annual cash incentives.
