About This Role
The Digital Marketing Associate will focus on creating and supporting digital marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Indigo’s products and services and the people behind them. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to contribute across content creation, digital strategy, and field-based storytelling. You’ll work closely with teams across Indigo’s two key businesses to build a strong, authentic presence across our digital channels focused on our US offerings. This position can be based anywhere in the continental United States.
What You'll Do

Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns that showcase Indigo’s products

Contribute to content that communicates product details while also spotlighting the people and expertise behind them

Help gather and shape content from the field, including product success stories and insights from agronomists, account managers, and other team members

Support the scheduling and publishing of content across digital platforms, working closely with team members to ensure product messaging is impactful, timely and consistent

Track the performance of digital content and campaigns, sharing insights that inform future strategy and improvements

Assist with marketing-led events by coordinating logistics, capturing content that reinforces product value, and supporting event promotion
What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a strong interest in digital storytelling

Clear, engaging writing skills and a creative mindset for translating technical or field-based content into accessible messages

Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially across teams and functions

Demonstrates a growth mindset, actively seeking feedback, learning new skills, and adapting to evolving business needs

A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Interest and experience in agriculture preferred

Design, format, and edit visual content using industry-standard software (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
How We'll Take Care of You

Base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 annually

Pay Transparency Statement
Indigo is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all employees. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Benefits Statement
All regular, full-time, permanent employees who work 30 hours or more each week are eligible to enroll in Indigo’s benefits. Additionally, all full-time employees and some parttime employees are eligible for paid time off as outlined above. Based on their role, employees may also be eligible to receive long-term equity incentives and annual cash incentives.
