About this Role
As the Supply Planner, you will be responsible for creating and executing supply plans within Indigo’s network of contract manufacturing partners to fulfill demand to all global regions. You will create and maintain data within Indigo’s ERP including SKUs, BOMs, and inventory org configurations. You will execute all work order transactions and coordinate inventory movements from manufacturing locations to the distribution center, while maintaining inventory accuracy across the supply chain.
What You'll Do
- Act as operational point of contact with multiple contract manufacturers to schedule all production runs and coordinate transfer of material to central distribution center
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to continuously drive efficiency and streamline communications
- Source raw materials and packaging supplies as needed for all manufacturing sites
- Manage global manufacturing schedule against forecasts and swiftly remedy any constraints
- Execute all inventory transfers, receipts, and work orders related to commercial production
- Continuously build and maintain all Manufacturing data configurations within Oracle ERP
- Partner with Indigo IT to better utilize ERP system and eliminate manual planning processes
- Monitor warehouse safety stock levels and signal replenishment production or re-work as needed
- Maintain master production log to track all commercial batch information
- Own quarterly inventory reconciliation process across all Manufacturing locations and actively resolve any discrepancies
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify and implement process improvement measures with a cost reduction mindset
- Up to 10% travel may be required
What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, planning, or related roles

3+ year of experience using ERP system (Oracle knowledge would be a plus)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to make sound and timely decisions in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, energetic, flexible, and adaptable to change

Advanced Excel skills including formulas, v-lookups, and pivot tables is required
How We'll Take Care of You
- Base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on location and qualifications

Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Benefits Statement
All regular, full-time, permanent employees who work 30 hours or more each week are eligible to enroll in Indigo’s benefits. Additionally, all full-time employees and some part-time employees are eligible for paid time off as outlined above. Based on their role, employees may also be eligible to receive long-term equity incentives and annual cash incentives.
