A proven customer experience and operations executive, Elizabeth is dedicated to improving the customer experience for Indigo’s stakeholders across the full agricultural ecosystem.

As COO, Liz leverages 20 years of experience driving high-performance teams to oversee critical functions including Strategy & Operations, Customer Experience, and Global Business Services. Collaborating closely with engineering and software product management, Liz focuses on refining and scaling Indigo’s global operational infrastructure, in addition to overseeing internal functions such as Human Resources. 

Most recently, Liz served as President of Notarize, a fintech startup, where she oversaw acceleration of the company's growth and expansion into new business segments. Her prior experience also includes VP of Global Sales and Service at Wayfair – where she rapidly scaled global operations and revenue in the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Wayfair, Liz managed teams across diverse functional areas including business intelligence, people operations, technical operations, network operations, and government affairs at Hubspot and Comcast. Liz began her career as a corporate attorney at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

She holds an A.B. from Harvard College, a M.St. from the University of Oxford, England, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
