We are excited to add a Billing Specialist to our team! As a Billing Specialist at Indigo, you will play a key role in our financial and billing operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. 

This is a remote, full-time position.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and communicate status of activities across multiple finance groups and stakeholders

• Collect all the information required to create invoices/ credit memos by business model type (quantity, unit price, terms, due dates, taxes etc.); perform invoice adjustments

• Issue invoices and statements to customers via automated or manual channels

• Track metrics related to invoice delivery, aging, and provide reports to management

• Review aging report and make collection attempts on outstanding balances via email, phone, mail, etc. Coordinate with internal teams as necessary on collection attempts/ reminders.

• Manage cash receipt process and reconciliations.

• Collaborate with internal customer facing teams to resolve complaints regarding disputes, errors, and adjustments

• Monitor and review customer account balances (within Oracle); identify outstanding debts and master data inconsistencies.

• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and Billing experience

• Oracle experience is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields

How We'll Take Care of You

• Base salary of $60,000 - $65,000 annually

• Equity options & annual cash incentives

Pay Transparency Statement

Indigo is committed to competitive and equitable pay for all employees. The listed pay range for this role is a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position. Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Benefits Statement

All regular, full-time, permanent employees who work 30 hours or more each week are eligible to enroll in Indigo’s benefits. Additionally, all full-time employees and some parttime employees are eligible for paid time off as outlined above. Based on their role, employees may also be eligible to receive long-term equity incentives and annual cash incentives.
