About this Role
Indigo is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Lead to help drive seamless financial operations through executing various tactical processes while delivering exceptional service through prompt resolution of AP inquiries. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end payments process for our Corporate Suppliers & Grower/Partners while providing crucial support across the Procure-to-Pay process and resolving issues from invoice discrepancies to supplier reconciliations. This role extends to overseeing month-end close activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Collaborating closely with Finance and other teams, you'll streamline PO and invoice approvals, foster supplier relationships, and support audits, offering a dynamic environment to grow and innovate within the Finance realm.
What You'll Do
- Thoroughly review and process incoming invoices using company Procurement platform (Coupa) and ERP system (Oracle)
- Monitor and promptly address inquiries and tickets from AP Inbox and AP Helpdesk, ensuring exceptional customer service for both internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee the complete payments lifecycle for corporate suppliers, commercial partners/farmers, and international wire requests
- Provide comprehensive AP support, including troubleshooting issues throughout the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process such as invoice management, supplier reconciliations, and payment adjustments
- Lead month-end close activities for AP, including ERP module closure and various reporting duties such as accruals, AP lookback, and supplier balance reviews
- Actively participate in cross-training initiatives and identify opportunities for process enhancement within the P2P and broader Finance domains
- Champion adherence to Indigo’s policies across Travel & Expense, Procurement, and Legal areas to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Finance and other departments to streamline PO creation, approval processes, invoice management, and PO ATF statistics
- Maintain direct communication with suppliers to ensure accuracy of invoice details, payments, contact information, terms, banking data, and contractual obligations
- Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and other Finance team members to support audits, enhance controls, and execute additional responsibilities as required
- Offer support across various Finance functions as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team success
- Assist with administrative duties related to Tax compliance and Payroll
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years of experience in a Procure-to-Pay position or a similar finance role
- Experience with Coupa and Oracle Fusion, strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills, preferred
- Experience in other areas of Finance such as Tax or Payroll, preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and doesn’t compromise on accuracy

How We'll Take Care of You
- Base salary of $58,000 - $63,500 annually
- Equity options & annual cash incentives

Compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including an individual’s experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
Benefits Statement
All regular, full-time, permanent employees who work 30 hours or more each week are eligible to enroll in Indigo’s benefits. Additionally, all full-time employees and some part-time employees are eligible for paid time off as outlined above. Based on their role, employees may also be eligible to receive long-term equity incentives and annual cash incentives.
